Halloween Ride

Halloween Ride! The unexpected warmth gave us another splendid day, immersed in the autumnal colors of the Romagna hills.

The circular route started from Casina Rio del Sol, a fruit and vegetable shop a few kilometers from Faenza, which offers the opportunity to taste their products directly on site, surrounded by orchards and the greenery of the first hills.

As always, smiles masked grimaces of fatigue, despite the nearly 1000m of altitude difference in just over 40km!

The route wound through gravel roads and secondary roads, passing through Monte Paolo and descending to Riolo Terme, where a steep but shorter climb led back to the Faenza side.

The dry, dusty terrain made us forget that winter was upon us. We'll be back on this trail again, looking for alternatives for new adventures!
