Turtle Test @Cestha

Our equipment isn't just tested by recreational athletes. We want to demonstrate our commitment to protecting the planet through more than just responsible production.

We asked the kids at Cestha, an experimental center for habitat protection, to use our products during their environmental protection activities.

I already knew the center, unofficially called the “turtle hospital,” I had attended one of their open days and was struck by the passion shown towards their work.

I didn't believe something like this existed in Marina di Ravenna, consisting not only of the center but also of the fleet of fishing boats that collaborate with Cestha every day, helping them rescue animals in difficulty.

We are proud to call ourselves a technical partner of the center, knowing that our garments are worn during concrete environmental protection activities.

Through the Cestha staff, our products are put to the test through repeated and extreme use, including abrasions and contact, especially with turtles, which I've discovered aren't exactly gentle in their movements. If our wetsuits and clothing can pass this test, I'd say we can overcome the fear that our products are too delicate.
