Crash Replacement
We want Squame garments to last as long as possible on your adventures. That's why we've implemented a Crash Replacement program alongside our after-sales warranty service.
We design our products to be ready for anything, as resistant as possible but unfortunately not indestructible.
Let us know if you have a damaged Squame item, whether from a fall or from wear and tear from prolonged use. We'll try to repair the damage and return the repaired item to you.
In the unfortunate event that we cannot repair it, we will retain the product, reusing it internally (as a sample or for material testing) and offer you a discount on purchasing a new one.
